Every piece of jewellery made by BLC Jewellery arrives in our signature 100% eco-friendly cotton pouch along with maintenance guidelines and a jewellery polishing cloth.

Since BLC Jewellery values sustainability and conservation, the quantity of cotton pouches offered differs based on the size of each customer's order in order to prevent unnecessary waste.

While our postage bags are compostable, our mailing boxes are recyclable.

At BLC Jewellery, we pride ourselves in providing quality jewellery. All our items are tested and with proper care they will continue to shine. The more intentional you are about caring for your jewellery, the longer it will last. As a rule jewellery should be the last thing on and the first thing off.

Orders are handled and dispatched from Monday through Friday, excepting public holidays in Australia. We aim to have all orders shipped as soon as possible and within 1-4 days of being placed.

Please be aware that orders placed during sales and promotions could not arrive for an extra three to five business days.

Depending on the delivery method you have chosen, the expected time of arrival for your item will vary:

Western Australia's standard is 1–7 business days, while the rest of Australia takes 5–7 business days.

In Western Australia, express delivery takes 1-3 business days, while the rest of Australia takes 4-5 business days.

We prefer Australia Post as our carrier.

You will receive a shipping notification with tracking information via email as soon as your product ships.
